About Me

I am a clinical psychologist fluent in both English and Mandarin. I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate degree (B.Soc.Sc [Honours] & M.Psych [Clinical]) in Clinical Psychology in Singapore, with various short stints in China and America. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and motivational interviewing. Currently, I am based in Singapore, but usually elsewhere.

My lifestyle entails frequent traveling, and I love immersing myself into different cultures, and above that, learning about individuals and their experiences. From my travels, and work with various client groups including offender and hospital-based populations, I have learned that suffering is ubiquitous. No matter where we are, we all struggle with similar themes of loss, distress, and helplessness that manifest in physical, existential, mental, or emotional pain at some points in our lives.

However, I realised that in many places, convenient access to therapy is not always available. My purpose is to make therapy easily accessible from the comfort of your home/hotel/workspace (or private space wherever you are), and help bring meaning out of your individualised suffering to facilitate you to unpack and overcome your issues, and collaboratively work towards the ideal that you envision.

I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is key for any effective therapy work. The therapeutic relationship we form with each other exists solely to help you with your issues, and provide you a safe and confidential avenue to talk about and unpack issues with professional guidance. Relationships aren't a one-way street- so enough about me, now let's get to know you and any questions you have. Click on contact me below for options to connect, I look forward to speaking with you.
